The Story Behind Our Company
Magic Ground Management is a licensed and insured landscaping company based in Centerville, Ohio, serving Centerville, Middletown, and the greater Dayton–Cincinnati area. Founded in 2026 by owner Luis Rosario, the company was built around a simple idea: yard care shouldn't be complicated, and every homeowner deserves a straight answer and a fair estimate before any work begins.
Our small crew handles everything from weekly lawn mowing to seasonal clean-ups, mulch installation, pruning, trimming, pressure washing, and fall and winter services — all under one roof, so you're not juggling different companies for different jobs. We work with homeowners across Centerville and the surrounding area, and every visit starts the same way: a free, no-obligation estimate.
Being bilingual matters to us. Se Habla Español — our team can walk you through your estimate and your service in English or Spanish, whichever is easier for you.
We're a new company, but we're not new to hard work. Every job — big or small — gets the same attention, and we're building our reputation in this community one yard at a time.
